I haven't posted anything in a long time. Its amazing how 3 days of preschool a week can take over your life. Since I last posted, Leah turned one, we went to Memphis again to visit my sweet Granny, and Caroline rode a big girl bike for the first time. Oh and we went to the beach, but I posted a bunch of those pictures on FB. While in Memphis we went trick or treating. Caroline was a ballerina; Leah was a love witch. Don't ask me what a love witch is. Caroline came up with that title because she didn't like the idea of a mean, spooky witch.

More Easter Fun
So, as ususal, its been awhile. Here are some picture from Easter week. We went to an egg hunt, dyed eggs, and opened baskets. I feel like a I jilted Leah a little for not getting her a basket, but really, at 7 months she doesn't know. I have yet to take any pictures in their dresses because we didn't have time before church, (you know us, always late) and everyone was cranky after. I will do a reinactment and post some later. I also spent a lot of time thinking about the real reason for Easter and the real reasons we have to truly celebrate. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and for leaving an empty tomb.

Caroline Reads her Bible + A Haircut
This is a video of Caroline reading her Bible. She is really into the story of Baby Jesus; we read it all the time. It has given me a new love for the story as well. The video is a little confusing because she intertwines the story of Elizabeth and Mary with Jesus healing the paralytic. This post also has before and after pictures of her haircut. I loved it long, but it was just too much work. So many tangles! Its nothing exciting, just thought some grandparents might like to see. Plus one random photo of Leah trying to get her foot in her mouth. I thought it was cute.

Caroline Feeds Leah
This video only goes to show how bossy my daughter really is. She tries so hard to be an adult. I try not to discourage it too often because Leah doesn't mind (yet), and I think it makes Caroline feel important. However, I may regret this decision someday when she starts trying to boss me or no one is preschool will play with her. Anyway, its a video of Caroline feeding Leah for the first time.
